We are long time residents of the Fresno area, some of us with a large amount of restaurant experience, others (if not all) of us have some serious drinking problems. There have been major strides in the Fresno food scene (if you can call it that), but it is lagging. There are options (as there always were) of things to do in the area, but we want to go further. Not just a brief explanation of what we cover, but a more in depth, detailed description of what we are looking at.
